Finding and controlling these punks looks fun, and I love treasure hunts so the Birth of Sky achievement is very appealing for me.
But the other ones... Really?
Pacifist all loot run on Murky Station is what should always be a regular run so it's barely a challenge.
Cooking 2 bags on Dockyard is redundant with Breaking Dead and not hard at all if you know the spawn locations for chemicals.
Actually it is RNG again since 2 sets don't always spawn.
And finally 25 bags on Cook Off... ♥♥♥♥ that, I hate Cook Off and we already have too many boring farming achievements (Euro Bag Simulator, mostly Overdrill, Doctor Miserable, Farmer Miserable but at least this one was more entertaining..).
And unlike these farming achievements, it is way harder to prevent dumbass from griefing on Cook Off than on FWB with the code, Big Oil with the engines or Goat Sim with the goats.
Also this one achievement is a big encouragement for Coof Off cheaters.
or instead of 25 bags of meth make it Throw and Catch a bag from the lab to the van without dropping it. (Like that thing with buckets where you can one to the person next to you...)
Even if some guys wanted it, I actually expect Overkill for thinking before they add new Achivements. I´d just assume they woudn´t spend 1 hour for 1 Achievement if they´d be average player.

This is another "ok" Achievemnt. Not time consuming and absolutly ok. I really don´t understand why they don´t Achievemnts like this.

Think so too. I don´t think that Overkill really want this.
If you are not doing it for the money, you are playing this game wrong.
Since I don´t need money, and probably many others don´t need it either, I just do Achievements for themselfe. Spending 1 hour on a single heist isn´t what I´d like to do in my freetime. But I start to repeat myself, so... .
