Again.
For the third time, at least.
The general speculation, seeing as it is console-only, is the GOTY/whatever edition for 2016 on the consoles. And for $50.
A money grab at best, an entire new game which is console-exclusive and $50 at worst.
Edit:
Also, this thread already exists
http://steamcommunity.com/app/218620/discussions/8/360672047209298723/
and, release day is october not november. That's 'murica format MM/DD/YYYY
There is already a thread about The Big Score right there:
And it has more info than yours.

This thread is pointless. The discussion won't change anything. Overkill will find some new way to screw over their console fanbase. Nothing new. Maybe it'll be the heist with Payday 2's secret in it. Maybe not. Either way, it won't be related to PC. The console version will always be just delayed versions of PC.
I don't want ot hear your negative attitude. yes the console version could be a capcom tactic but that is not releated to this thread. This discussion is what does it mean for PC users. If you want to complain. you can use those threads like a toilet for your negative attitide. But as far as I can see nobody on those threads are talking about it in relation to what PC users could be getting as the console version get released.
The consoles will most likely get:
A season pass/similar style for content. ie screwing them over once again in the incredibly large lack of support:cost.
They're charging $50 for it. Similar in nature to the GOTY 2014 system.
"What does this mean for PC users?"
GOTY 2014 PC -> Crimewave Console
GOTY 2015(6?) -> Big Score
Maybe, they'll throw in a few exclusive patterns or masks depending on the platform.
The likelyhood of them making a new game is very small. They haven't discussed it on their quarterly reports. Which means, the most likely this is a new form of DLC/content release. (Plus, they bound it to just consoles)
It's overwhelmingly likely that it is Crimewave 2. Season Pass 2k15/16. Nothing but a watered down or delayed version of PC.
They might even do skins in a form, but Microsoft and Sony care more about their customers than Steam and don't have a market place set up.
It also comes out in October, close to Payday's birthday. When do they like to do massive and major updates? Does this mean PC users will "get" anything from it? lolno
