Technically playable, but well, if you really intend to do everything solo, you'll need some determination.
Go pubs/friends or go home.
For loud heists, then yes, a competent team is needed, at least on Death Wish heists. I tried to do Transport: Crossroads DW by myself and the A.I. just took me down so fast. At least having a team will make the enemies shoot at them instead of focusing only on you most of the time.
I think he meant that the Cloaker can't kick you and Winters doesn't spawn at all, but for that you have to play Crime.net offline and/or have no bots enabled.

Considering they prefer taking and charging for content they get cheap and selling at absurd price it makes sense to remove the L.
I wonder if really you can beat the heists or SAM does it for you. It looks like July 1st was a busy day.
