Can Pain Train Achievement be Done with 2 players?

Based on description it seems like it must be 4 players. But there are youtube videos like this one https://youtu.be/PNKBQz6lRYg where they get the achievement solo or with 2 players.

I am having a tough time getting 4 players remotely interested in this achievement. My sister would help me but that just 2 of us.

The achievement specifically states 4 players. If someone did it with less than that, it is (or was) bugged.

Its a bit unfair of Overkill to sell a DLC then lock it behind a tough achievement.

I work weird hours, and am a family man, so my downtown when I play varies daily. I cant post in crews and schedule a time because I never know when ill be on or when I will have to leave the game in an instant to take care of a family issue.

You aren't wrong, that's why they don't do any achievements that require four people to unlock content anymore. Unfortunately, they didn't tweak the ones they already had.

You aren't wrong, that's why they don't do any achievements that require four people to unlock content anymore. Unfortunately, they didn't tweak the ones they already had.

Well that's not quite true. Didn' they add an achievement to use the Maniac perk deck and have 65% hysteria avg for 4 players? If so that was added just this year...

Yes, but it didn't unlock anything in game. That was the point I was making.
