comically large spoon

i literally just bought this and i want to know if its still possible to get the comically large spoon(i tried to google but it wasn't helpful)

you need the dlc for it and its available from the start, even on lv 0
the golden version however requires 100 kills with the non-gold one
theres 2 ways to achieve this:
boring way: do melee stealth kills, they always 1hit kill, on art gallery you can drop an ecm and kill all guards and restart the level, ence and repeat
metal way: get infiltrator, go melee build, you can tank a lot on low difficulties, and you regen hp on hit so you kinda unkillable on overkill, you can even 1hit kill dozers because how easy it is on such low difficulties

weird, just noticed the gold spoon only requires lv 0, why the normal one 2?
