Best way to farm Biker Vaults or other Vaults?

If its not possible to farm somehow, whats the quickest heist?

You can not farm Safe's. Its limited to 1 safe per week. You can try Jewelry store on normal difficiulty with an ecm. Just rush in, take 3 bag of jewelry and escape. Thats quickest heist though.

If by "vaults" you mean "safes", then the fastest way is buying them on the Steam Market. Otherwise they drop once a week so complete a heist once a week and you're good.

Buy them on the market. Best way to farm them.

The best way to get a safe is to do short missions.
As far as i know you can't get safes from offshore gambling.

Plant them in the ground,add some water.Not too much,not too little.
Wait 7 days and the safe will grow from 2 to 4 safes.Repeat the cycle until you're comfortable with the amount,and it's up to you now.Sell it,open it.It's your choice.Have fun!
