Buzzer seems to be much better, don't have much experience with the Knuckly Wucklys but I'm pretty sure they have to be fully charged to taze, unlike the Buzzy Boy.

Knuckles don't have to be fully charged to taze something

Oh, it appeared that way when I used them.

I think the only difference is in stun time and damage per hit.
Knuckles should have more damage but shorter stun as evident by charge time while buzzer has a longer stun

Neither does the Buzzer.

The biggest difference between the 2 is that the Buzzer hits faster on the first hit, and the Knuckles hit faster on the 2+(multiple hits in a row, without stopping). And that time difference is not drastically different.

The Buzzer is slightly better, because of this. Since you generally are going to be using melee to stun, and not kill. But the Knuckles are free.

They are both the top of the meta for melee, by a long shot. Katana/Ice Pick are the next two that matter after the Buzzer/Electric Knuckles, but are a distant 3rd/4th.

Kunai?
Kunai does not guarantee 100% venom effect after each hit. There is also a delay before the venom kicks in after you hit an enemy with kunai, while the tasing effect is almost instantaneous after contact

Technically the buzzer is "slower", but the animation on it makes it much easier to use and time it to stun lock charging cloakers.
