How To Acces Your Offshore Account
How do I (If I can) access trhe money in my offshore account and can I use it just like spending money?

nope the offshore account is only for paying heist costs.

You can't. It's only used when you buy contracts and to pay for your first five Infamies.

Basically, Offshore Account is a way for the game to pretend like it's paying you untold millions while only paying you a fifth of that number for actually useful things like guns and mods. Offshore money is only really worth buying heists and the Offshore Gambling casino if you feel like you have too much in your bank account.
