Can I unlock every perk in the perk deck?

I recently started to play it again and I know i can reset my skills, but what about the perk decks? And if not, can i unlock them all if i play enough?

O and is the basic startup scene changed? I remember driving to your hideout and get the basics there but I cant seem to do that nymore

you can unlock every perk deck just by playing

You can and eventually will unlock all the perkdecks, unless you just intentionally sit on those perk points and refuse to use them. You get 1 perk point her 1000 XP, I believe, and the limit to how many points you can hold is, quite simply, how many points you'd need to unlock ALL of the perk decks available at that time.

As for the safehouse intro bit, that generally only happens once - though maybe you could get it again if you reset your progress.

You can get every perk in every perk deck, yes. However, some perk decks are part of DLC and you can not begin working on those decks until you own the associated DLC pack.

On your question of the basics, new tutorial heists were added just yesterday in fact. On the map screen of Crime.net, you can the tutorials in the "Basics" tab in the bottom left near the contract broker. :)

the xp points to perk point depends on your level 1000xp to 1 perk point is at level 90-100

I generally lurk and read most if not all threads. I'm trying to become more helpful in terms of direct interaction though. That's generally where I've been lacking most in my moderator duties from what I can tell.

Thanks for all of the help!!! I also figured out for the people who have the same problem, If your game keeps crashing at the options menu, change the renderen_options.xml in you %appdata%/local/payday 2 folder. I eventually managed to change my options to the highest trough that instead of crashing when trying to do that in the options menu
