Do they exist?
The corportaion like Murkywater,Gensec exists in real life?

Yeah, they exist in real life, but are known under other names then the ones ingame: Murkywater = Blackwater and GenSec = G4S security services.

It's similar to Grand Theft Auto V and the way they change th e name of organization but you have a fair idea who they are referring to.

Worked with them on occasion. A few good ones but for the most part a bunch of idiots and walts who aren't good enough to get into the police and like to think they are Jack Bauer. The only thing they seem to be any good at is wasting tax payers money and murdering asylum seekers.

Well, at least the versions in PD2 is actually very exaggerated.
G4S has sh*t service, GenSec has lightning response when it comes to guards spotting a gym bag.
