day 2: be lucky with the computer room
Also, grenades count as silenced weapons. They don't alert the cops, but the gangsters will hear them. Can be a decent panic button.
Key is to take down the camera guard as fast as you can so you can then kill outdoor patrols with impunity. Don't take too long doing that or they'll start making their way back inside the house, see the carnage and then alert, which may cause a chain reaction with leftover guards on the second floor or with cameras.
If you get the drug deal, good luck. Takes coordination with a friend or two. If you don't feel like you can shoot them all down before they shoot, you could always ECM, grenade and pray you clear the rest before you run out of jamming time.
If a guard gets alerted but doesn't have line of sight of you (like in the grenade situation), they won't immediately open fire. Rather, they'll either try to hunt you for a few seconds or start calling the cops. You can ECM in that situation and ambush them while they're busy calling. Make sure they don't actually see you until it's too late.
Get to house, take a high damaging high magazine weapon that's decently accurate.
Go to the door in that room,
Sweep starting with the room on your right and kill everyone in the order that you can see em. If you don't stand in such a way that more than 1 person can see you at a time, your chances for doing this successfully go way up.
Clear all the rooms on your floor until everyone inside is dead.
If things are still quiet, try going upstairs and sweeping to the camera guy.
If he's dead, you can finish things fast now. Just kill everyone before they have a chance to fire a bullet. Again taking lines of sight such that only the guy you're shooting at will help you avoid being randomly shot at, and raising the alarm.
Bikers, if they don't shoot immediately, will call in backup as they pretty much have patrol cop AI.
It's not noticeable most of the time due to the fact that the mission is set up so a single shot triggers the alert.
Dropping an ECM allows you to retreat briefly to get the jump on the biker while they call in backup.
From there, make your way to the garage straight away. Take out the guard(s) in there. Wait a minute, because another guard will probably wander down there. After that, go up and clear the room the stairs lead up to, then immediately turn to the front area with the large staircase leading to the second floor and clear that one. If there's a drug deal going on, you're pretty much boned. After that, go upstairs. Clear the staircase room, then the camera guy (unless someone on the balcony has noticed), and then clear the balcony. Then there's just a couple guys roaming around.
Day 1 is about speed. You gotta' be ready to react. The alarm only goes off if the camera guy sees something, if someone notices you and shoots, or if someone notices you and calls the police. They can be alerted for quite a while, so don't worry too much. Just don't expose yourself to them for too long or they'll start shooting. Side note: (really obvious, but) grab all the intel.
On day 2, hope you got the keycard and shutter codes. Shutter codes are great because you can see through the windows straight into the outer security rooms. It removes the luck aspect. If you didn't get the keycard, you'll have to ECM or drill. Hack the computer, look for clipboards (make sure you don't get spotted at all costs. It's not worth getting caught that soon). Only open the lab door once you're sure there's no other clipboards around. Guards will notice the open lab door. From there, open it up to the pubs and hope for the best, because you're going to need it.
Extra tip for day 2: When you get into the lab, immediately pick up a wrong engine. This let you place the flare and trigger the chopper, so you won't have to wait as long. Someone should run over to the flare right away to light it. Toss that wrong engine in a corner somewhere and look for the correct one. This will make it much easier.
Once yall get into position. Let him make the opening move. Let him kill what he can on the roof. The faster. The better as it won't be detected to easily.
Rush the house with silenced SMGs. Trust me. You will want the ability to spray and pray.
Sniper's biggest conern should be the roof top. But he should be able to shoot through the windows when possible.
