The ammo count is too low for my taste, but brings a chance for people without Shotgun Impact to use shotguns with 100+ Damage.

For the people who DO have Shotgun Impact, Loco is still our master.

Wide spread is good on a shotgun.
That really depends, sometimes it can ♥♥♥♥ you over.
Topic wise, i don't see why the judge gun should get a nerf. Packs a punch, low ammo count though.

i find its fire rate of 500 to be obsurd... i point at any bulldozer and its DEAD... overkill and berzerker aced going at the same time? i could three shot a bulldozer on deathwish...

yeah sure, but if you have overkill and berserker aced at the same time, other guns can ♥♥♥♥ up a dozer just as fast.
