Why no hatred for New Chains?

Chains is yet another replacement of the original team. But no one seems to hate him. Hell, people even LOVE and prefer him over Original Chains. So why didn't he got all the hatred like New Hoxton?

You know, The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection was free on Origin recently. Why not just play that, if you want to customize a little house? As for Steam Workshop, I'm pretty sure Overkill has mentioned numerous times that user-created heists and the like are pretty much impossible to ever implement in Payday 2, because of how the engine it uses works.

Again with the safe house customization. What are you going to put in there, a table lamp? This is payday 2, not second life.

Because it's not 'new' Chains. It's the same Chains. Different face, voice, whatever, it was established that the crew is completely the same except for Hox.

I waaaay prefer old hoxton because of the british accent and how he was, i find it better and more fun and it was my favorite character ♥

Also new chains? really? the chain from payday 1 and payday 2 are exactly the SAME.
The only difference is the change in voice expression etc but they are the same character, there's no old chain etc.
