So, a little question about Hoxton
Today we finally discovered that Hoxton had a mansion and even a butler. Moreover we also know that FBI knows Hox real identity as well as about his multiple crimes commited alongside Payday gang. So why they never confiscated it to cover at least some state money losses?
And never arrested butler for knowing about all this crime stuff. And not even stopping him on his way to Washington and spying on him in hope he will lead them to Hox...

Can't stop thinking about this.

Well, there is always Interpol and stuff. Still - nothing was done about that. Weird and illogical.

Extradiction

Still, he might have enough money to bribe the British government

Who said the thing is actually called "Hoxworth residence" and not using a fake name and the Butler is the only one that knows about Hoxtons "job".

You have to remember Hoxton has multiple identities.
In the intro to the christmas soundtrack, his Lawyer call s him Mr. Bo (his last name was cut off, but this is likely the name the FBI has on him), and the Dentist refers to him as Jim Hoxworth.

Hoxton is actually a mexican wrestler known as "El Hoxo".

The FBI Files also list him as Jim Hoxworth in his profile there.
So, it's pretty much his real name and the lawyer thing was most likely recorded before they decided on a name.

So basically they know his real name, they know or at least have some hints about his posessions...and did nothing.

Or, again, they don't know about what he owns as the could easily use fake IDs or strawmen to get that stuff, not tying it to him directly. All they do know his his real name and a few things we know about him, too - basically, how he got his name.
Hell, it would be incredibly stupid for him to literally call it "Hoxworth residency" and that's just his own name (and by extention, the name for players to call it) for the whole thing.

Maybe he came from a rich family and is only party of the PAYDAY gang because he thinks it's fun being a criminal.

There are several possible reasons

1. The FBI does not have jurisdiction in the UK, so unless the British government seizes his possessions and hands it over to the US, they can't really do anything about it. That's not only possibly illegal (sorry, I don't know British law very well), but the UK government probably doesn't care because none of his serious crimes really affected them at all.

2. The property and assets might belong to the Hoxworth family rather than Hox himself, which means that it can't be seized to pay for his crimes.

3. There's no known evidence that the butler knew anything (even though he did) and simply knowing or working for a criminal is not a crime as long.

4. They might have already questioned and examined the butler when Hox was originally arrested and found him to not be a useful asset, and so basically decided to leave him alone.

The trailer implies that Hoxton's parents are dead.

Maybe Hoxton is actually a reverse British Bruce Wayne? Or an alternate Lara Croft?
