There is also the Train Heist, but i don't know if it count because is not anymore part of the transport DLC.
Yes, you are right. I just checked and is still maked as "DLC". But is not an armored transport, so i don't know if it count.
Every other Transport heist will count.
A saw is highly recommended. Fast Motor, Durable Blades and aced Portable Saw allows you to open all transports without having to refill at an ammobag, even, and you open them with a single tap, too.
