I ain't got time to bleed.
Any tips for the Ain't Got Time to Bleed achievement?

Do I need to have depleted armour, or is it just the under 25% health that is important?

Any recommended builds?

Just under 25% health. Armor doesn't matter.

Does not answer his question.

Only kills made under 25% will be counted. One easy, non-mod required method is to get hit until your heister starts ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about a paper cut needing a medi pack, then you know it's time to start killing them.

Burn yourself with a molotov, get berserker. Then you can easily kill most cops quickly.....

i did it recently with berserker, frenzy, underdog, the melee damage skills, overkill and the yakuza perk deck. the most difficult part was to get from 30% to 25% health... the rest was easy. molotov cocktails would probably have been a good idea
