Standalone skin viewer?

Recently I followed someone's link to a site which seemed show all the various existing weapon skins in controllable 3D with a toggle for skin quality, but for the life of me I can't find it. I don't know if it was official or unofficial, I don't know where it was posted but I'd really like to find it. I'm in the mood to shop for skins (yeah, yeah, go ahead and hate) and would like to actually know what the skins look like before I give some random sod on the Market my hard-earned money. The little ♥♥♥♥♥ pics the Steam Market offers are wholly insufficient and have already made me buy several skins I don't like or want.

Does anybody know where what I'm talking about? I cannot be imagining this.

Ah, that's the one I was looking for, thank you. And I never even thought to go look in the Trade forum, since I don't intend to trade in the traditional sense :)

Actually no, that's not the one I was looking for. You can't sping those around, they're just screenshots. It's better than the Steam Market, to be sure, but not quite what I'd run into. I want to say that one had something to do with GameBanana, but I looked through that site and found nothing.

OK, I'm completely lost here. What is a market shortcuts tab? Are we talking about the Steam Market? I couldn't find anything like that there. Are we talking about PD2stash? I couldn't find a market tabt there, either. Please, assume I'm a complete clueless idiot and try to explain this to me step by step, because I really don't understand.

Go to Steam Inventory, select the safe in question (COP and Achievement Safes are currently not selectable unless you have one in the inventory). Click on "Inspect", then rightclick on the skin you want to inspect.

They only show the weapon in mint quality, however, and you can't inspect the legendary. But otherwise, it's there.

IDK why they keep the legendary as a "secret" in-game when they always showcase it whenever a safe is released. It's stupid.

We shouldn't have to go to a different third party site to be able to inspect all the skins (Including the COP safe ones).

I don't have the safes in my inventory, though. That's what confused me initially. I'm looking to preview the skins so I can buy them directly from the Market without bothering with Safes at all.
