I need help installing "Basic Voice LInes"

Greetings
I need help with Installing Basic VOice lines
I tried downloading BLT hook and still didnt work
and i have put the file there, still doesnt work, please help

>download latest version of BLT https://paydaymods.com/download/
>put it in the PAYDAY2 root folder
>create a folder called "mods" (if you don't already have one) in the PAYDAY2 root folder
>drop Basic Voice Lines folder into the "mods" folder
>go in-game and look for it in mod options (options->mod options)

I tried it, the "mods" option is not here :/
(not the folder)

a repair install?
You don't run a program to install it. You just drag/drop files into the root folder.

Yes. Everything in the BLT package, extract everything into the PAYDAY 2 root folder. (steam/steamapps/common/PAYDAY2)

Yes, IPHLPAPI.dll, whatever that was in the BLT folder, drop in payday 2 root folder, and basic voices folder into mod folder. If your mod folder doesnt have "lib," "base," "downloads," "logs," and "saves", you didnt install BLT correctly.

From that folder, go to common, then Payday 2. That is where you put things.
