No reason for the moderators to lock this topic if you keep it clean, it is a discussion about what is in the title of this thread, we should be able to keep talking about it if we do not derail it. (unless moderation is unfair, which I don't believe. Please don't make me lie, community)

It is pretty shocking to have a DLC character claim the murder of others would be a good thing.

OVERKILL is actively advertising this man by selling a character in his direct image and voice. It is explicitely implied that this is the same man as the PAYDAY character.

You can buy and send money (money from h3h3 dlc goes to him) to a man that says bombing other people is a good ide, straight through PAYDAY 2. Do you support this business model? I do not.

"but in this game we murder cop and civilian xddd", I hear you say, however, there is a strong difference between killing virtual enemies and killing people in real life.

This is not OK. H3h3 collaboration needs to end now.

To be fair. It depends in what context the bombing is done and who you are actually bombing.

Some wars has to be fought and there’s no way around that.

That said I have no idea what the guy exactly said and within what context given that I don’t really give a ♥♥♥♥ about them to begin with.

Care to fill me in or direct me to a reliable article?

I don't know if we are allowed to share tweets here (don't want to advertise!) but he basically tweeted to send bombs to a political entity he disagrees with. Not exactly PAYDAYISM friendly

Right but killing poorly coded AIs in a racing game engine shooter DLC game is not the same as killing people in real life. I guess people who don't have one don't understand?

Theres an entire thread about the linchpin situation, as much as I do believe it was silly to remove an outfit in which pre-existed irl to that person's design, I can understand why ovk removed it, even if it would've been simpler to remove the credits.

2nd of all why should ovk care about a controversal tweet on twitter when h3h3 had already been (mostly) hated irl and in the game for years?

If it was the first sentence, but it was something more... lets say just sligthly innapropriate.

Even with that im againts taking of the DLC's and i believe if it can it should be perserved, situation is really messed up but what are we doing with taking of the DLC? Plus we cant truly remove it since people actually bought it and if they just straight up remove it from the game then thats bassicaly money wasted for anyone who bought it.

It is after all a character pack with a perk deck, weapon and masks, in itself there is no reason to take it down.
