No, got it first try. But I stealthed it on OD and used the throwing knifes from the Wick DLC.

Bots count against it. As does any form of offensive deployable such as sentries, trips, etc.

Had a full crew didnt use bots or deployables on loud so guess we will try it in stealth

I used ECMs in stealth but I didn't once fire my gun, so I assume it means death by non melee/throwable.

Adding to this, I melee killed only and use C4 on safes. First attempt got it.

I imagine shooting your gun, even if you miss, will nullify it since you did still use a weapon.

I got it by using only meele and some ECMs. For some reason when I used throwables it didn't count

I have the same Problem, i did the heist four times, first two with melee and throwable, third one with throwable only, last one with melee only and none of them did count.

Just tried it using only melee with no bots and didn't get it. I suspect this is because of either poison damage not being considered melee, or more likely, because of a jerk taser screwing me. I guess I should have done it on Normal so there's no tasers to null the chances.

I didn't got it either, only used melee, no bots.
