It says you need to dominate 10 people and kill them with a melee. Seems simple, but whenever i complete a heist and go to check my progress, the kills arent counted. Do you need to kill 10 people in a single heist or am i doing something wrong?

Make sure you're not using weapons with status effects.

You're not allowed to use poison or electricity.

Also you have to have an officer cuff himself or a civ tied down for it to work I'm pretty sure. Tried killing non tied civs and they didn't count.

I just did it as host in a safe house raid with a katana
