So what happens to Throwing Axe now?
Throwing axe: 1100 damage, 3 stacks

Throwing knife: 1100 damage, 6 stacks

Has it just completely been forgotten..? Already?

Axe, knife, and javelin all have the same damage output, as far as I can see. The difference tends to be in handling - javelins seem to travel farther, axes have a very clear arc, but are the fastest to throw, while knives have a more predictable flight path and bigger supply.

Will be testing the knives soon to see how they handle compared to axes in the long run and in combat.

Javelin does 7500 damage. It should be very abvious once you try them in higher diffs.

I don't see what you mean by axe being accurate. You saying it's any more accurate than knives?

Not really. It can be drawn and thrown just like axes. Frankly, I don't see much difference other than the number of stacks between axes and knives atm.

I wish axes had higher damage, or different throwing styles. What you just proposed would be satisfying, either one. I just wish them to be different, not better or worse than the another.

I would say 3000 would be pretty enough, 7500 would be too much. If the balance gets adjusted by changing damage, I mean.

Javelins deals 7.5k, axes still deal 1100 they weren't buffed, the throwing knives seem to deal 1100 as well from what I've experienced so far

That's right m8 :) We were talking about how it could be adjusted. I said 7500 knowing that it's the damage of javelin, which would be too much for throwing axes to have. 3000 was just an example of damage throwing axe should have imo.

I bought it for the pistol mostly, wasn't disappointed one bit with it, looks awesome, sounds awesome, it's animated awesome and it handles awesome.

1 headshotting medics and tasers on Mayhem was also very nice with the knives and just comboing them with the pistol.

I bought it for the sniper. Which didn't disappoint.

The pistol is nice, but I can't seem to use the Tritium Sights well.
