Hello everyone. How i can unlock Mega Mask or Mega Masks? I have all achievements.

Mega Dallas / Chain / Wolf / Hoxton / Cthulhu / Kawaii / Death Wish / Doctor Crime / Gage Blade / Watcher / Grin / Kelvin / Mark / Plague Doctor - Just give up, or you have to pay at least $200 for the DLC.
Mega Clover - Code, trading subforum, giveaway and contest should have.
Mega Sydney - Used to be from Charity. Not sure that you can get one from the Sydney's VA, but my best guess are trading subforum, giveaway and contest.
Mega Rust - Rank 250 in Crime Spree
Mega Death - IT'S FREE
Mega Duke - IT'S FREE
Mega Optimist Prime / Pirate / Vlad Armor / War / Anubis / Biker / Krampus / Robber Fly / Smiley / Tiara - Complete Wave 9 in Holdout (RNG)
Mega Arch Nemesis / Conquest / Famine / Greed / Rad Mutant / Tormentor - Achievements milestones

Overkill Pack and COMPLETELY OVERKILL PACK are 2 different thing

the completely overkill dlc is no longer purchasable from steam, in order to get it you need to find someone that's selling it, which is highly unlikely for a cheap price.

you forgot to mention, the holdout masks are only in the weekly one.
