Death Sentence after Infamy

I can't play at Death Sentence risk level after Infamy.
I wanted to stealth a job (Diamond Store) at this risk level but it seems it's not possible.
I guess there's a level limit to Death Sentence but I can't found any information about this.
So what's the minimum level to access Death Sentence?

EDIT :

I looked at Murky Station and the max risk level I can take here is Mayhem.
So Death Wish and Death Sentence can't be picked either.

How does that work?

Do you have enough offshore money to buy the higher difficulties? That may be the problem.

I had noticed that to after i went to infamy. What Level u are atm? Maybe u need a certain level to be able to play death sentence.
Just play some heist on mayhem and level up a bit more then it should work.

There is a way to work around this. When you go onto crime.net Online, you will see filters for difficulties.

For some reason, this also forces the game to only generate that difficulty heists. (ex. if you set the filter to Death Sentence, the game will only show and generate DS games) Therefore, you can set that filter in online and go over to offline, do the heist you want after a bit of waiting.

While you can't choose the 'onedown' filter, that doesn't give additional rewards so it's no difference.

I'm Infamy XIV.

I haven't played since a long time though.
I got back in the game since a couple of weeks after many years without really playing.
Had to relearn every heists and all, on a side note.
