there are sometimes code giveaways in streams, etc., and if you live in australia you can email overkill with proof and they should (eventually) give you a code

If someone gifts you hotline miami 2 deluxe edition, then yes, you got it for free. You can also move to Australia.

Yep, I know all this even gave out a few hundred codes myself from paydaycon 2016 for the BAC group. I was just letting the newbie know why it was free for Australian's. maybe I should have just told him to use the search function :)

Jacket giveaways are really rare so i wish him best luck with waiting.

Buying a game is a easier way.

You have Jacket and a great game additionaly, and he can buy it during steam sale.

That means you don't have a preferred character picked if your current character is already picked. Not a bug.
