how do i get garrett to use the restroom? I managed to lure him out with telephone, thru email, and thru power shutoff but I didn't get an event where I lure garrett out and make him use the restroom. I think my game is now stuck with no way to lure garrett out.

Basically for this one you need to exhaust all of the options for getting him out of his office (4 in total) and on the 4th one Locke will ask you to find some food to spike and get him in the bathroom

You have to lure him out 3 or 4 times, then Locke asks you to spike his food which will send him to the toilet.

Huh. I exhausted my first three but the game hanged for me. Couldn't do anything to lure him out.

Then it was bugged.

Do the 3 objectives and Locke tells you to spike food. Then he will run.

Ok so now the questions on the guards: No killing whatsoever? are civvie kills ok?

No killing or alerting. So you can't dominate guards either. Civilian kills are allowed I believe.

Here's a tip. Don't put a tripmine on the bathroom door. Just did that myself. After he finished eating his food he ran to the bathroom, opened the door, and the thing exploded.

Keep in mind that you have to knock on the door. Sometimes you could accidentall open it (which you shouldn't be able to do when he's bloody inside) and you have to knock on thin air.
