garrets office safe code

Trying to complete the heist right now, managed to get into his office just once but got caught by him before I could insert a code into the safe. Do all the codes in his office work or am I supposed to search for a specific one?

Codes are random, try codes from the FBI Files array. The board is on the wall and there are 1 or 2 cards with a code attached on it.
There is a 2015 code on the board and an additional random code, some of these codes will definitely be good, other codes are wrong.
Locke often suggests that the code has something to do with history.
This guy is interested in the history of Crime.net, check on the wall poster with FBI Files, there are cards with codes.
Locke only once told me that the code may have something in common with FBI Files or Crime.net.
It will be code 2015 or other on a white card stuck to the FBI Files on the wall in his office.

i've only gotten to open the safe once, but it was 1234 on my run. after my first code didnt work, Locke gave me a hint so im assuming its random each time. all the papers around the room have a code. i thing there all the same, so ill list you a quick few that ive got written down: 1234, 1212, 9001, 1337, 1703.

Locke will tell you some hints (like the code begin with 1, a white post-it, when he starts to look at Crimenet it's 2015...). It's RNG everytime

ok after 2 attemps to open the safe locke told me "the code begins with 2" may be it'll help you guys, everytime i tried a code and it failed, i just leave the room and wait for another try.... (sorry my bad english)

Trial and error for the most part.

But Locke will tell you what number it begins with, or it's something historical, etc etc on your second try.
