I was searching about that, only thing I could've find it's Bile's voice actor. Guy from the photo is probably an Overkill employee. That wasn't the first time they used their employees for some roles in game. Ulf Andersson - Wolf & Alex, Almir Listo - Taxman & George & Vlad's brother-in-law, Ilija Petrušić - Garnet Group CFO & Ilija the Sniper. I don't know, it could be anyone.

I dont remember in both of pd him talking english with slav Accent...

Always thought Bile was the Ace and Alex was the Idiot, I got a rare screen shot where Alex managed to drop the 3 ammo bags on Big Oil day 2 successfully no idea what the odds were for that drop....

Yep for Bile, he's done a lot of stuff, thought he did just voice acting but turns out more than that, never knew...

There's even comments about just how incredible the odds are that it is happening again like this, etc. It's very tongue-in-cheek which is a fun way to do it. They'd have had to do a "flashback" episode otherwise, perhaps something like No Mercy where they are telling a hazy memory of the heist and not all the details are quite right.
