My advice is learn the mechanics of the day 3 guards and use patience to get the coke in the vault and the gold out. Once you done that its as easy as a standard bank heist
If it's the bedroom bookshelf, then just check if there's a guard coming from the stairs or the kitchen through the doorway and open it, they'll take forever to get to the spot from which they might decide to enter the room.
If it's the hallway bookshelf, then check down the nearby stairs and the lounge, if there are no guards then you can open it up.
If it's the lobby one, just restart.
true, this is the most difficult spot.
Also it is way easier with two players, especially if you stole lots of paintings in day one, the second player can then use the cams on the roof to spot the items and guards for you.
Also, it can be rough occasionally when you just can't find that last device. Not everyone has every location they spawn at memorized, and some of the places they spawn just plain suck.
And if you fail stealth on this map, at least it can still be completed unlike any of the 'stealth only' maps.
And at a certain point in the map, multiple ECM jammers can be the difference between success of failure. Just four ECM will give you close to two full minutes to do whatever, with no threat of 'going loud'.
Also, get all the paintings so you can spot all the items. My guess is you get the bare minimum and can't find anything because of that.
It’s a much more close quartered map with fewer “safe” areas than post 2013 maps. The guards all have the same patrol zones, which is open to the whole map (minus spawn). With slow moving methodical objective completion this heist is not terribly difficult to finish successfully.
Framing Frame day 3 is THE reason Silent Assassin is considered a cheat mod. Prior to January 2014, the meta strategy was to kill 4 guards, shoot the cameras, and dominate the 5th guard. In Crime.net it was extremely common to see Framing Frame lobbies, where day 1+2 were finished, and Day 3 was locked down with the host opening the game to public for free payouts. The subsequent Stealth update added guards to Framing Frame, added spawning guards, added pagers to dominations, removed simultaneous dominations, removed Jokers from stealth, and finally added Titan Cameras (in the Deathwish update a couple weeks after). No maps made after this update have less than 5 guards. This was a line in the sand drawn to show how the developers want stealth moving forward, no more lockdown stealth.
