He also has a guide on steam:

Get Infamy 1 (did not check if ou are there yet) for maximum skill point efficiency.
Take 9 lives aced.
Try to play with people you know.
Watch videos about the difficulty and guides like the one mentioned above.
Get Jokers if you feel overwhelmed, they will take some shots that will in turn, not hit you.
Not everything is intended to work on DSOD, so you may need to adjust your playstyle a lot accordingly (reason I do not play it that much).
And this one is not set in stone, but I think a good mix of Armored and Dodge players in the team can be great.
Also look out for snipers. They are extra deadly in this difficulty. Armored or Dodging you do not want to take a hit from them.
Final suggestion. Stay calm and do not freak out. If you are feeling too enraged you might as well stop for the day. You will start making much more mistakes.
(PD: Avoid Goat Simulator, Lab Rats and Bomb Forest if you value your sanity.
Yes, there is people that can solo them on a good day. And also yes, our sanity is long gone )
Pd2; There are bots far more useful than sone players. If you are having trouble getting capable players to join your lobby, look in crews on the forums and also, consider practicing with bots. (Do not expect to get carried though)
It explains everything you need for DSOD Loud.
Kevkild (guy who made the guide) also has a build guide that you can check out for loud Death Sentence builds.
He has at least one incorrect thing in the guide.
All heists have the same number of enemies. The number of enemies is determined by difficulty and diff (basically time in the heist, but on DS the diff ramps to max almost immediately).
What's different is the placement of the spawn areas and the distance between them and the combat zones (aka attacking the player). This difference can be seen on heists like Shacklethorne Auction.
My advice is for the OP is bit more practical. The heists you're having difficulty with DS, play them on DW with OD modifier enabled. You won't get the insane 1 shot death from the 225 damage enemies, but it'll help condition you to play more defensive.
Another thing is stuns and crowd control can be super-important. Learning when to run away and where to, allows you to survive out timers.
And try not to get frustrated and burnt out. Remember the point of the game is to have fun.
