What's your opinion on the "Refund your perkdecks" mod?

I want to know everyone's opinion on it since I'm on the edge here if I'd consider it cheating or not..

I did spend some stupid points back in 2016 when I first started playing..

If I end up using it, will I get a cheater tag?

It's not cheating since you do not gain or lose any perk points by using the mod and the game will continue giving you perk points until you acquire all perks in the game regardless.

You can max all the perk decks out pretty quickly so the only reason you'd refund them is to mess around with unfinished ones, like armor Stoic.

No not at all. Honestly I have no idea why it isn't a base feature. Pure QOL.

It's not cheats, cheats is stuff like DLC unlocking or having more items than you're supposed to have (like 5 Doctor Bags) or having more skill points than you're supposed to have.
