Jacket character
Because I live in Australia I am unable to unlock Jacket. Is there anyway to unlock him in a different way

I think you need to send an email to Overkill under the heading "Australian Heister Calling In" or something like that and show proof of your Australian citizenship.

man i feel bad for you, that sucks that they ban video games? this is crazy, i hope overkill gives u the jacket skin

It's all good now, Beef Supreme had a spare code for jacket. Also the game dev for Hotline Miami said that people in Australia can pirate the second game to enjoy it. Lol

try using a vpn and switching to NA itll help and you can buy hotline miami to unlock him
