To be fair it seemed like what the original Idea for payday 3 was. (The space part)

That one had nice aesthetics. No idea what it would have played like. Had the look of a more sci-fi STALKER in atmosphere judging only from the artwork.

We do know how it would be played. Ulf pretty much made it, it's called GTFO (which has a lot of the more tactical co-op stealth-until-loud game play that you can tell was supposed to be in PD2. It's interesting to see how 10 Chambers played the idea of old skool command line "hacking" as a way to help the player with stealth gameplay.

Good point. It could have been very similar. The artwork I saw suggested more outdoors locations though? Obviously that's taken with a pinch of salt as those designs are probably just early concept art.

It's an interesting looking game but I don't think I like their idea of how they add and remove content. Seems like it leads to jigsaw recycling, a lack of content build up over the years in return for work put in and the eventual problem of the game being completely dead one day and all that past stuff lost forever. I don't like games being so ephemeral when it can be avoided.
