Perk deck for stealth?
So, I've been using the rogue perk deck this whole time, then just realized that the perk deck are for dodge builds, but not stealth builds, so what's the best perk deck for stealth? Please tell me both dlc and non dlc options

Thanks :demoticon:

Burglars effects can´t be any more relevant and at advantage for stealth. And that 1 second faster pager answering can make the difference between getting caught or keep it quiet.
If you think that 1 second is "life or death", choose hacker perk deck. It is a lot better.
Yakuza let you move faster, which means that you can quickly vanish from the enemy sight. And , if things goes rough at the end of stealth, you will replenish armour faster.
1 second is sometimes life or death when it comes to unlocking doors or bagging dead bodies. Too bad Hacker doesn't give benefits for that. Also, are you really trying to argue for Yakuza by saying it gives you better bonuses if the heist goes loud? My man, that's a really stupid argument. We're assuming that the heist doesn't go loud. And also, Yakuza sucks at going loud in the first place. The faster armor regen really does not help you at all.

Probably Burglar or Hacker

Yakuza. Additional movement speed when your HP is critical. You only need 3 perk from perk deck to get its benefits.
Non-DLC hacker. You will have 2 portable ECMs that can be recharged.
Burglar is doubtful. Its tied to stealth, but its bonuses are too weak. Like 1 second less pager answering, faster lock picking, and body bagging.

What do you mean, Burglar is doubtful? When you just want general bonuses and care for nothing else, Burglar is what you should take. The time reductions for interactions will save your ass at times, especially when it comes to answering two pagers within the same time frame or bagging a body in a guard dense area. Yakuza requires you to throw a molotov and purposefully take damage, and on certain maps, that's just impossible to pull off. Hacker is good, but only really if you have trouble dealing with cameras or enemies standing in front of said cameras.

Tbf, I'd say hacker is way more adept at dealing with pagers then the burglar. Pocket ECMs block pagers for a convenient 6 seconds, and while situational, it's the only perk that can answer 3 pagers.

But burglar is pretty much "the" stealth deck, so unless you plan on actively using your pocket ecms and getting into risky situations, it's probably better to just take it.

Yakuza is the most situational imo, it's probably the best for Shadow Raid, and for high motility maps like art gallery.

I use Burgler for stealth because i like the additional crouching move speed speed and bagging corpses faster. And i think it gives improved lock picking as well if i remember correctly, but im a slow and methodical stealth player so it suits my play style. I'd say most guys will go for yakuza so they can run right in front of the guards and not get seen.

burglar, general bonuses,a little faster pager responses, lockpicking, moving benefits when crouching-(i think idk about the last one)
if you have a heist that requires moving bags, anarchist (with transporter aced skill and armour skills maxed out) (but armour skills maxed not required)
if you want to speedrun, yakuza
if you want insatnt-mini ecm's that regenerate, hacker

Burglar if you want general passive increases to crouched movement speed, pager answering and such.
Yakuza if you can afford to set yourself on fire at the start of the heist and be fast as ♥♥♥♥ because of it.
Hacker if you want to pass by tough cameras and take risky guard kills under cameras.

For my stealth build, I aced the jack of all trades skill, which means that I usually bring an ecm and a bodybag, i don't think I need the Hacker perk deck, so I guess I'll use the burglar instead

Hacker is pretty much get-out-of-a-jail free card. It will allow block cameras if it did catch a dead body, allows you to counter a guard calling in a spotted crime while you are answering pager for example, in solo Burglar almost makes no difference so it's better to be used in multiplayer stealth sessions. Hacker is absolute best for solo. Everyone saying that Yakuza is best but all it does that it gives you 20% extra speed. If you are careful - you won't need it.

Hacker's pocket ECM is good for situations where a normal ECM would be a waste. Say you wanna get past a camera to take out the camera operator, are you really going to waste an entire ECM for that?

Not to mention that you can get screwed over by your own momentum if you're not careful and fly right into a guard coming from around a corner. Plus it's not like you need that much speed when you need to switch direction every 10 feet.

anarchist is the best option for bag moving, just get armour increasing skills up to iron man basic and get transporter aced, and equip the light bulletproof vest

its actually quite good, the lockpick bonuses are nice and the 1 second pager reduction is very useful for juggling pagers
