The outfits are a little better modelled than ones in the past too. Someone took the time to actually model them for different basic body types rather than just give everyone the same cookie cutter result. It's an above average effort.
They still don't get Clover's shape right though. I've looked at that thiccness long enough to know when the curves go missing. Her default outfit is still the one that shows it best.
clothes still have awkward proportions and masks are okay I guess
If you think you need new DLC heists to actually make money that is false.
After infamy five money becomes meaningless and the best heist for Exp is still Hoxton breakout which is a vanilla heist.
