Why can't i get Little Friend 7.62?
I've looked and i own the Scarface character pack, but it says i need to buy the pack to unlock the gun? Curious as to why it's still locked?

I got it in the last couple of weeks, i've heard that there was some licensing issues
you got the scarface heist pack you can buy the pack anymore

you probably have the scarface heist pack and not the character pack

You're not really missing much sadly. It has a laughable ammo amount.
It's basically a DMR with a grenade launcher, but it's ammo count is so low and it's pickup rate it poo.

the pickup rate for the rifle is bad but for the underbarrel gl boy each ammo pickup a grenade

Little Friend is a grenade launcher with a rifle on top. Once you think of it like that it's actually really interesting to use. People tend to forget about and neglect using the grenade launcher and so of course it doesn't work well.

Are you reputation locked? Do you own Scarface the character and the Chainsaw melee?

The Scarface Heist and character pack are separate.

On the Little Friend itself? The gun is fun as hell. Big fan of it, especially with the ammo pick up changes? If you use with an ammo bag and the Scarface heist rocket launcher, you're in for a great time.
