Dragon Heist Stealth codes?
this might be a dumb question to ask but I really don't understand how the 4 codes work in stealth, it says 15 minute intervals? i'm confused

there are clocks in the room with the safe. minute arrow-in 1 quater-1code, 2 quater-2code,3 quater-3 code,4 quater-4 code.
