That's quite the number of goats even before assault properly hits, and you're splitting the wave into 2, making it somewhat easier to do stuff, should you want to go for goats on the way to winters spawn/inside the cafeteria near winters spawn, etc.
Hoping no one goes down only ever works if people don't kill any civs or cops at the start, which with the car, is kinda unlikely. And at max, not spawning the weak cop wave gets you about 30s of calm, which is eh.
Most of the time I follow the same type of schedule which is:
Start of game: one guy gets the "captain winters" goat, and the rest park or other areas(like hot dog stand)
everyone then meets up at the burning aparment and grabs all the goats near there,
wait for truck if its either 2 of the 3 on the side that you would be currently on, you would deposit the goats, if its on the other side of the map then wait for assualt to end and run to the cafe shop and slowly make their way over there.
Lets say they got the one near the burning building/alley way, deposit goats, run over to the pillars area, wait for assualt to end(or move if its clear enough) then run over to the other side, then slowly make their way over to the store on the other side of the map, then through the alley. Deposit then take the car and grab any remaining goats and bring it to the truck. (sorry if i made it confusing)
