Why spoon kills not counts?

Why spoon kills not counts? I killed more than 100 people before achievement done. But i not received achievement. And i checked my fbi files - there no kills by spoon. Spoon no exists?

It can be because silent assassin or NGBTO mods?

Update: after i switched these mods off and restarted game i got it and i see 1 kill with spoon in fbi files.

I killed over 100 with the spoon as well. (Without any mods)
Yet I did not get the golden spoon.
If I search the achievement in-game, it shows 100/100, but still locked. :L
FBI Files say i only killed 2 with the spoon. (Yes I triple checked telemetry setting)

UPDATE: after launching the game for the 4th time, I got the achievement upon entering the achievements menu.

there is a setting in options for counting the kills called like Telemetric kills I think, I dont remember tho XDD

I just got the achievement after restarting Payday a few times.

this setting had to be enabled when the G spoon event wasn t completed, maybe it will help ya

FBI files doesnt count kills from all melee properly. OVK fix please
