infamy bug ( or else i dont really know )

I just got infamy and when i launched, i had lost all my money ( except offshore money )
and all my levels, wich means i dont have access to most of my weapons

is it normal ? ( i dont really understand how infamy works so im just asking )

That's how infamy works. Each time you increase your infamy, your reputation (level) drops to 0, your weapons lock themselves, your skill points get locked or reset.

For the first 5 infamy ranks you need to pay $200 000 000 of spending cash and the rest gets destroyed. After infamy 5 you do not lose any money and the $200 mil cost is removed.

A good way to keep some money for the first five ranks of infamy is to buy as many weapons as possible before you increase your infamy rank (while still having at least $200 mil for the infamy), then sell those weapons after you've increased your infamy rank.

I think you missed my point. What I meant was: Since you lose money after you level up your infamy, a good way to get some money back is to sell weapons, and you can only buy weapons when you have money, i.e. before infamy.
