ok new to steam, if i sell a payday 2 skin, will i be able to get the same skin again?

Yes, you can get dupes since they are Steam skins.

Selling these skins aren't worth the trouble, literally just cents is all you would be getting.

Most skins aren't worth selling (The lion's share are only 3 cents and Valve takes two of that.) and you have to have Steam guard enabled (Which requires a smart-phone.) to sell skins in a timely manner. (Without Steam guard enabled Steam will take any of your Market listings and place them on hold for 15 days and then after that 15 days lists them. Normally this is a very bad thing, but PayDay 2's trading scene isn't super fast so it's not that big a deal.)

If by dups you mean getting the same skin later on in a drop, You should. Doesn't say anywhere you can't. The main skins to look out for are the Legendary ones, they usually look really different and have better stats then their normal counter-parts, but some lower tier skins can also go for a small amount.

Honestly, I probably would sell it. I mean... Yeah, it's stats are all around better then the others (Although the Party Crasher does 1 point of damage more, for some reason.)
But, I like the look of the Party Crasher waaaay more. Wish I could remove the unique mods off it and put them on something else...

But at the same time with minimal skill investments the Hungry wolf has a decent Stability and an accuracy of 70, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 70 ON AN LMG. THAT IS INSANE.

Boy I wonder why its not like those are the RAREST of rare drops of course then there's the ones from the COP cases which literally will never be dropped ever.

I usually give them away to some unlucky poster in the forum. Worth a try. You're seriously looking at like three cents.

It depends on the skin. Some are worth something, some aren't. Just check the steam listings for all the skins you get. If you want to sell them, you can. Literally nothing saying you can't.

eh, i got the the game for 99 cents, so i could like get 99 cents and say i got the game for free, (not accounting for the time you spend, but the games fun so not that big of a deal)
