I got the 10 kills it requires but i didn't get the luger pistol. Can someone explain why?

Go to your side jobs and click the reward youre supposed to get

go to side jobs and claim both of the rewards of the mission, if you only claim the luger and not the continental coins too the weapon will not show on the inventory to be purchased
