Changed a new computer and lost my save

i hope there's nothing wrong with my english.
first of all,i just got a new computer.
and,when i launched payday2,it's using my old save.i'm V-97 that time,and it should be LV-100 now.also,most of my weapons are lost,and my loadouts are also lost and became old.
fbi page says i'm LV-100,and that's right.
so,any solutions?i'm pretty nervous now,so if you know how to fix it,reply asap.
btw i just ruined my old computer.

Then why are you surprised that it was lost? If you wanted to preserve that data you should have backed it up another device to transfer with.

Only way I see is connecting your old hard drive and get the file this way.

Steam uses a cloud feature. You should have saved on steam serverspace. Then claim when re-downloaded on a new device. That or extract your data from your old hard-drive and patch missing parts when using verification cache.

What OP did was download the game assuming memory would just *transfer* but where no data was written cannot exist new data. I don't know why you didnt steam cloud save. Now you have to restart. The way you used, if a cloud does exist that you are unaware about, if you load that it will tell you in the PD2 launcher that previous save and cloud save conflict. I think you can prompt to change to the cloud save, or it will corrupt the file.
