Is maxing out the Armorer Perk Deck worth it?
I was wondering how much more armor do you really get when you have the armorer perk deck maxed out?

It is worth it. Armorer is one of the best and probably the most consistent perk in the entire game. Its tier 7 card gives you 2 seconds of invulnerability on armor break, which is immensely useful in the right hands. You just need to learn how to play slowly, trust me you don't want to rush with armorer.

In total you get 35% extra armor with maxed out armorer (280.5 armor points, ICTV), that makes you able to take 2 shots from heavies on highest difficulties if you're wearing ICTV armor. And you can survive a sniper shot without health damage if your armor is full.

Anarchist does the 2 seconds of invincibility too

Is it worth it? At least it doesn't hurt to max it out. You get enough points to completely max out all released perk decks. Personally I don't like Armorer but for a player that can use it, it's great.

from what i've seen the only good loud deck is Stoic. everything else is so far bellow it that there is no reason to even bother using them.

Sounds like you've never heard of anarchist or Hacker.

"Everything but the meta is irrelevant"

I used Stoic for three heists and then went back to my Armorer build. Armorer is hellishly consistent and easy to use for any difficulty. Definitely my fav perk deck in the game.

Stoic is objectively the best deck in the game, but its also very boring because of the ability to get pretty much all your health back via the the flask or first aid kits.

Anarchist does the 2 seconds of invincibility too
doesn't anarchist typically have less armor and health, resulting in instant deaths from snipers?

anarchist above suit doesn't count.

It's why you have 30 dodge or avoid snipers.

If my math is correct, suit anarchist can survive exactly one sniper shot at full hp and armor without any skills and without going down (158 armor + 115 hp - 240 sniper dmg = 33 hp).

Compare that to other common suit based perks like rogue and sicario without skills, at full hp and armor (20 armor + 230 hp - 240 dmg = 10 hp) or hacker (20 armor + 276 hp - 240 dmg = 56 hp) and you'll see that theoretically snipers are as much of a threat to other suit users as they are to an anarchist. Anarchist's problem is it might not always have full armor cause of constant armor chipping, or the player might have berserker so they have even less hp.

taking HP damage at all when sniped is a bad thing

Anarchist is one of the most common decks to use Berserker with along with Armorer.
