How do you buy masks?

I'm new to this, i know that i can't just have the DLC and community masks without having specific games and DLCs, but what about the ones in the "normal" section? There isn't a "buy" option there, even though there is a price to them.

you have to obtain the mask first, you get some by doing achievments, sometimes you get them from random card drops at the end of a heist,
