Is Any Safehouse Upgrade Useful For Gameplay.

I want to know if it is worth using continental coins on safehouse upgrades instead of weapon mods, like is there any safehouse upgrades that aren't purely cosmetic? Is there any that give you an advantage in heists or let's gives you more safehouse missions, something like that.

no, you can only get a couple of achievements by upgrading rooms in the safehouse, but you dont get an advantage or anything by upgrading it,
i guess for some upgrades you can give cover and more hiding spots if youre doing the safehouse raid, other than that, it doesnt affect anything

Upgrading John Wick's Kill House gives you access to the scales you need for the Tip the Scales achievement.

Upgrading the Vault gives you access to the Burn Offshore Money button (which becomes a safehouse trophy after you use it).

Upgrading Scarface's room allows you to make progress towards The Secret.

They are mostly purely cosmetic. There are some that are necessary for achievements or trophies, a few add some stuff that is really not that useful but you can at least have some fun with it, such as a shooting range and a dumb hockey minigame, but most upgrades don't really have an use. The only one with a practical use is Scarface's room for a certain secret.

Upgrading louge are may grant a doc bag to be deployed there during assaults. Can't remember.

have you upgraded john wicks "room"? its a shooting house where you can practice your aim on wooden targets and it built out of like wood, it should be near the shooting range,
you find john wick by going forward from where you spawn and then go under the stairs, left of the stairs there should be a room and there should be john wick
