Does Sneaky Bastard ACE stack with Basic?
In other words, if I have an effect Akimbo Build with 3 Concealment, is there even a point to getting Sneaky Bastard ACE, since I'll already have a 10% benefit from Basic.

Does ACE give an additional 10%?

Edit: Does this also apply to Low Blow?

No, ACE works in the same way like Basic, except maximum benefit is earned if you have below 23 detection rate. In short:

Basic - maximum benefit only with 4 detection rate or below

ACE - with 23 detection rate or below

Low Blow skill also uses the same mechanic.

Hm, aren't those numbers are 5 for Basic and 25 for Ace? Always thought so, but correct me if I wrong.

Technically, yes. Practically - you can't hit 5 and 25 detection risk at all.
