what is the best character in the game?
i play as jacket because i like hotline miami and miami 2 but people say he's bad?
they're probably trolling but i wanna know if there is a character that is better or worse than another

As "annoying" as the "loud screamer" characters can get, they're easier to hear in the moments that matter. When they're not abused I love having characters like Sydney, Hoxton, etc. on the team because the second they point anything out I'll know about it.
With Jacket, on the other hand, the speech sounds bland and relatively quiet. Unless I catch the announcer saying they're down I usually don't notice Jacket mumbling about needing help.

Regardless of my personal preference for some characters over others, there's pseudo-mechanical differences to them for me because of all that.

Its purely opinion based, alot of people hate Sydney, but she is my absolute favorite.
