Skills Points Reset or lost after Infamy V

So I have one question, now I can up my Infamy with V to VI level and game tell me that my skills point will be reset but permanent reset and all points will be lost or only restet my combos but all points will be waiting for me to spent thx for answer

You lose all your points.

You will keep all your skill sets except for skill set 1, you also won't be able to use any of your skill sets until you reach lv100 again

you can use them, but they'll also reset if you unsuspend them.

Correct but they also get unsuspended automatically, once you have aquired enough points that are used in a particular skill tree. But for most cases would probably be 100. :)
