There's a scythe in the garage. Where's the statue?
I've noticed the Scyte can spawn seemingly anywhere on the ground floor inside the mansion.
The statue is always in one of the two access points to the underground lair
EDIT: I'm pretty sure you can use the statue's puzzle to bypass the keycard part on stealth
Still, that leaves a few other mysteries.
The blowtorch is used to open a room containing a bunch of loot. To access this room, find the door with the keypad on the left side of the house and enter the code you find on a clipboard randomly placed on the map, on a wall, not too hard to miss.
Interesting though.

You need the Scyte + Globe item to open the door
EDIT: you can only do this in Stealth

To skip the entire hacking sequence on LOUD, you need four items:
Once Locke commands you to find the inner sanctum, do NOT go for the servers, find the statue and you will be prompted to blow it up.
The first time I played this heist we were given the objective of rigging up that makeshift bomb on the statue to gain entry.
